CUSTOM HERITAGE BOARD

The Custom Heritage Board is a fully bespoke creation designed in collaboration with you. From wood selection to pattern design, from size specifications to decorative details—every element is tailored to your preferences and requirements.

These boards can include decorative corner inlays, integrated juice grooves with accent details, hand-holds for easy transport, and custom dimensions up to 24" × 30". Each piece becomes a functional work of art built to serve your family for generations.

DESIGN PROCESS

1. CONSULTATION
Contact us to discuss your vision. We'll explore wood preferences, size requirements, pattern ideas, and special features.

2. DESIGN PROPOSAL
We'll provide sketches, wood samples, and a detailed quote based on your specifications.

3. APPROVAL & DEPOSIT
Once you approve the design, we require a 50% deposit to begin work.

4. CRAFTING
Your board is built over 3-4 weeks with meticulous attention to every detail.

5. DELIVERY
Final payment due upon completion. Ships within 4-5 business days or available for local pickup.

WOOD SELECTION
Choose from premium domestic and exotic hardwoods:
- Domestic: Maple, Black Walnut, Cherry, White Oak, Ash
- Exotic: Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry), Purpleheart, Bloodwood, Padauk, Wenge, African Mahogany, Sapele

PATTERN DESIGNS
- Geometric inlay patterns with decorative accents
- Traditional basket weave variations
- Flowing cascade arrangements
- Lattice designs with custom complexity
- Completely original patterns designed for your board

SIZE OPTIONS
- Standard sizes: 12" × 16" to 18" × 24"
- Custom dimensions up to 24" × 30"
- Thickness: 1.75" to 2.5"
